Lovely, old villa situated in northern Tuscany. The building comes from the end of the 18th century. "Mulino Vecchio" from Italian means "old mill", and this is exactly what it has been in the past. In order to share its magical atmosphere with our guests, we have made every effort to combine the history of this place with the highest modern standards. Our guests can relax in the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe in a specially prepared zone or taste our grapes while walking through a beautiful vineyard. 

The villa has three separate bedrooms ready to accommodate 8 to 10 guests, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Outside there is a large terrace with two tables, a relaxation area and a gas grill. For all lovers of Italian cuisine, there is also a traditional brick Tuscan pizza oven.

The villa is set in the magical village of Pieve San Lorenzo, in the heart of the Apuan Alps. Our guests can rest here from the city noise and crowds of tourists. The town is surrounded by majestic mountain peaks. The road to coastal towns, for example the charming Portovenere, takes only an hour. There is a daily train that will take you to the famous Cinque Terre from the station. There are numerous mountain trails, bicycle routes and lakes in the area. Due to the small number of people in the area, this place is perfect for holidays in the times of coronavirus.
